Runeheim Warfare

Commanders in Runeheim are uniquely engaged in the war effort.  On Sunday mornings at events, Commanders will meet one final time, representative of them riding out to command their troops and give their final orders.  At this time, commanders will be able turn in any Intel they have gathered in order to get specific details on engagements and choose which, if any, to participate in.  Commanders who choose to be involved in one of these engagements are considered to be spending their Downtime.
